Brown’s Wood - Addition
~ This spectacular cedar-clad addition to a historic mid-century modern residence in the Brown’s Wood neighborhood in Lincoln, respects the original house design and compliments the unique qualities of the neighborhood.
Highland Light - Addition
~ A striking addition to a classic Deck House on the Cape, our design added a new mudroom connector to a new bedroom suite, with a screened porch and an expansive roof deck to capture views of Cape Cod Bay and the historic Edward Hopper Studio.
Wooden Tent
~ This exceptional addition carefully amended a classic prefab Stanmar A-frame on the Cape. Our company was uniquely qualified to understand the existing structure to respectfully and harmoniously extend the “wooden tent” into a more comfortable, expansive space for a large family to enjoy together. We also designed and fabricated a new detached carriage house, giving the customers more areas to unwind and sleep.
Tidal River
~ This repeat customer requested a vacation house that combined classic deck house elements with classic cape cod materials in a modern way. A large great room with a snow finished beam and decking ceiling and custom mahogany windows helps to frame the beautiful Cape Cod views. Our customers will adore this fine craftsmanship for years to come.
Fairhaven
~ A current Deck House owner worked with our design team to build their dream home nestled in the woods of Lincoln. Keeping with their custom wish list, our Acorn Deck House team built this home to be efficient, comfortable, and low maintenance.
